**Description**

Ensures tables are clean and ready. Helps to ensure a smooth operation in the restaurant by providing a warm and friendly, clean organized restaurant atmosphere for the guest.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Serves drinks and/or water to guest and/or employees seated in the assigned section of the restaurant.
- Removes all the dirty dishes, glasses, silverware from the tables and brings them to the Busser station.
- Cleans and wipes tables, chairs and booths in the assigned section of the restaurant.
- Resets the tables and booths for the use of the next customers.
- Transports dirty dishes, silverware and glasses to the kitchen using the bus cart as the need arises.
- Empties trash, collects and turns in linens, and sweeps floors as necessary.
- Sees to it the Bussers station is well stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses and supplies needed in the restaurant.
- Sees to it the brewer coffee is also available to the customers. Grinds coffee and refills the coffee maker as the need arises.
- Assist the Food Servers in accommodating the needs and request of the guest.
- Maintains the general cleanliness of the work area.
- Stocks glasses, cups, ice, etc. stocks ice in the soda dispenser units, changes empty soda syrup as needed, helps maintain floor drains free of debris, and cleans various restaurant equipment.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned.
