**Position Summary****:**

This position is under the direct supervision of the Facilities Manager and is primarily responsible for providing maintenance and housekeeping services to the buildings and grounds to be used to support and promote growth and productivity.

**Essential Functions****:**

- Performs daily housekeeping and cleaning utilizing building check lists to maintain a professional and clean facility.

- Identifies and reports to the Facility Manager all repairs and maintenance work.

- Maintains material and supply inventories (i.e. paper towels, toilet papers, soap, and cleaning supplies).

- Tours company buildings and property of the Company.

- Examines doors, windows, and gates to assure they are secured during the shift.

- Verifies that lights are off, thermostats are set to the proper temperature and the facility is secure.

- Relates well with employees and customers at all levels and at all times in a professional and personable manner.

- Other duties as assigned.

**Marginal Functions****:**

- Assist in special projects.

- Operates Company vehicles.

Position Requirements **Minimum Qualifications****:**

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Able to work in excess of 40 hours per week with varied work shifts.

- Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a valid Nevada Drivers License.

- Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

- Must have excellent organization and time management skills.

- Must be flexible and able to handle multiple priorities, with the ability to adjust to high pressure and rapidly changing business conditions.

**Work Conditions****:**

- Work is performed inside and outside with exposure to inclement weather and unpredictable crisis situations. Shift work and weekends may be required.

- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
