POSITION: SPECIAL EVENTS - Position Overview: Utilizing our proven track record of providing high quality, well-trained personnel to our clients, we are looking for additional professionals to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. The Events Services position provides a wide range of duties that allows a steady and secure environment for events, concerts, conventions, etc.

Essential Job Functions
  • Responsible for checking bags upon arrival.
  • Provide ticket taking services.
  • Assist people in finding their destination and answer any questions they have.
  • Greet guests in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Ensure safety of the guests and venue.
  • Responsible for any money handling. Previous experience required.
  • Monitoring and directing parking and traffic.


Requirements
  • Stand for long periods of time.
  • Have customer service and communication skills.
  • Be available nights, weekends, and holidays. Flexibility is a must.
  • Ability to work within a team.
  • Must be able to interact cordially with all public and staff.
  • Have a professional attitude and appearance.
  • Must be 16 years of age or older.


Education/Other Skills
  • No education or experience required.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • PILB license preferred.
