Job Description

Our successful applicant will join the energetic and professional library team to provide support to library staff and excellent customer service to library patrons.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Attention to detail
  • Completion of English 102 preferred
  • Experience in customer service preferred

Duties:
  • General library duties including circulation and shelving of materials
  • Emailing patrons regarding borrowed materials
  • Updating library records
  • Creating new patron records
  • Filing
  • Data Entry
  • Supporting library outreach
  • Assisting with supplies inventory
  • Monitoring and updating broken links of library homepage
  • Printing and binding OER materials
  • Answering phones
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Cash handling
  • Supporting division culture
  • Other duties as assigned
