Superintendent (Tilt-up)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent (Tilt-up) to oversee and manage the construction of tilt-up projects, particularly in light industrial and distribution center environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tilt-wall construction and a proven track record of successfully leading construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire tilt-up construction process from planning to completion.
  • Coordinate daily construction activities and manage on-site personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to discuss project specifications and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications.
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure their work aligns with project objectives and standards.
  • Prepare daily reports and communicate project status to stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in tilt-up and tilt wall construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Experience in managing light industrial and distribution center projects.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
