Overview:
Public Area Attendant keeps all lobby and public area facilities such as lobby and casino restrooms, gaming floor and machines, business center, gym, front Office, Valet/ Bell, guest elevators, lobby lounge, casino and employee back of house areas, in neat and clean conditions. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Companys brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity).
