The Role:
We are seeking a light assembly/manufacturing associate. This role is responsible for the assembly of Plastic Static mixers. Duties include the assembly of plastic parts, often by hand, sometimes in a semi-automated or automated process.
Ideal for individuals who thrive in structured, repetitive tasks and take pride in maintaining quality and accuracy in their work.
This is an on-site position located in Carson City, NV. Only local candidates will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and build plastic static mixers using manual and semi-automated processes.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
Support and adhere to all safety procedures and complete all required safety training.
Identify and support improvement opportunities for processes to support company objectives and customer expectations.
Identify opportunities for improvement to meet quality system objectives.

Physical Requirements:
Lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks while standing or sitting for extended periods, based on preference and task requirements.
Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for assembling parts.
Ability to observe details and follow instructions accurately.
Clear verbal communication to ensure team coordination and safety compliance.
Experience and Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Commitment to maintaining high standards for product quality and workplace safety.
