As a Service Manager, your mission is to lead your team by combining your in-depth knowledge with your exceptional people skills to supervise and coordinate the activities of auto technicians and tire service technicians.

What You Need:
•Ability to pass a background & drug screen
•Valid driver's license preferred
•3 yr MVR with no DUIs & more than 2 moving violations
•6 years of relevant experience
What You'll Do:
•Commit to continual improvement, training & professional growth
•Manage workflow of the service department
•Prepare service estimates
•Maintain customer trust
•Assure customer's concerns are addressed in the technician's inspection & findings
•Explain estimates, repairs needed/ recommended, & completion times
•Resolve customer concerns or complaints as they arise
•Foster a good working relationship with parts vendors
•Maintain inventory for back shop supplies
•Assist with the purchase of parts, materials & equipment
•Train service personnel

•Look for opportunities to improve our products & services
