What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review voucher applications for eligibility, accuracy, completeness, and compliance with program guidelines
- Enter application data into Voucher Processing systems and maintain up-to-date records
- Communicate clearly and timely with external stakeholders regarding application status and documentation requirements
- Understand and interpret voucher dashboards and reports on application progress and program metrics
- Perform daily charting and data management tasks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using computer software and data management systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative support roles
- Familiarity with voucher processing or program compliance
- Knowledge of clean transportation initiatives or related fields
