Attend pre-shift meetings. Maintain uniform appearance according to established guidelines. Adhere to policies and procedures and Health Department regulations. Greet guests in a friendly and timely manner to take order for food and beverage items. Use suggestive selling techniques. Know all menu items. Know locations of all Golden Nugget outlets and services available to the guests. Responsible for obtaining, reconciling and returning cash bank at the beginning and end of shift. Accurately input food and beverage orders into the Aloha system. Follow cash handling procedures and cash register policies. Rotate and date all product Thank guests, present checks and settle checks according to established procedures. Always invite guests back to the outlet. Relay all guest compliments and complaints to the Manager on duty. Inform Bus Person of needed supplies. Keep work area stocked with needed supplies, keep work area neat, clean and organized.
