Executes proper communication with all Holiday Inn Club Vacations affiliated departments, management and HCV owners. Confirms sales and verifies contracts for HCV sales. Handles walk-in cancellations and owner cancellation calls; rewrites sales and assist QA - Os with mail out process in order to recover lost business. Assists QA management with training and improvement of new and existing employees.
