We are actively seeking a passionate and experienced Vice President of Compliance for Affordable Housing to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will manage our affordable housing portfolio, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards while fostering innovative strategies for the acquisition, development, and preservation of affordable housing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong financial background, complemented by a minimum of 5 years' experience in affordable housing or related sectors. Expertise in low-income housing tax credits, USDA Rural Development, and Housing and Urban Development is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing all facets of regulatory reporting
• Leading a dedicated team of compliance professionals
• Collaborating with internal departments and external partners to align affordable housing initiatives with our strategic objectives

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a similar field, with a Master's degree or an advanced qualification preferred. Your strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills will be critical, as will your commitment to enhancing access to affordable housing. You will excel at navigating complex regulatory frameworks and will remain informed on legislative developments that impact the affordable housing landscape, ensuring our organization remains adaptable and compliant.
