Summary

Under minimal direction, the Enterprise Portfolio Manager (EPM) plans, executes, and finalizes projects and project budgets according to deadlines and within budget for the CTHS Enterprise. This position provides overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of enterprise projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitment and goals.

The EPM builds, schedules, coordinates and manages large project teams with diverse needs, providing direction and support. The EPM maintains proactive knowledge of systems and applications infrastructure to facilitate development, design, and implementation project phases.

This position partners with the Manager of the Project Management Office to support project intake, governance, and project delivery processes. The EPM also helps with strategic planning initiatives and roadmap development across service lines and the organization.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor degree in business, healthcare administration, technology, finance, or related field OR equivalent progressive work experience in healthcare technology and/or financial services.
• Five (5) years Project Management experience
• Five (5) years experience leading diverse cross-functional teams
• Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal skills essential to establish and maintain good working relationships with both technical and non-technical staff, including the ability to communicate well with a wide variety of users, of very differing levels of IT skills
• Strong understanding of enterprise application systems and Project Life Cycle
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to successfully work in a multi-tasking, priority-driven environment
• Solid problem solving, decision making and analytical skills
