Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.

Your Responsibilities:

• Execute full-cycle recruiting to support staffing across all levels of our expanding warehouse operations, from entry-level to high-level technical roles.

• Attract and engage both active and passive candidates through job boards, sourcing tools, social media, and professional networks.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to assess talent needs, job duties, and required qualifications to develop a targeted recruitment strategy.

• Conduct interviews to determine candidate fit and alignment with position requirements.

• Develop and maintain productive relationships with recruiting agencies, universities, and other organizations to enhance talent acquisition.

• Assist with various HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, and compliance, as a supporting role.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.

• 1+ year of experience as an HR Generalist is preferred.

• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

• Willingness to travel to job fairs and recruitment events, including one week of initial training at Uline's other North American locations.
