We are on the hunt for a dynamic, innovative, and experienced (permanent) Sr. Director of Finance for our rapidly growing luxury hotel brand. This is a unique opportunity to join a team of industry leaders and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and future of our company. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role working for a hotel brand. Experience in the hotel industry is a must!

Responsibilities

As the Sr. Director of Finance, you will be responsible for leading the financial strategy and operations of our company. Your responsibilities will include

• Overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, auditing, and internal control systems.
• Developing and implementing financial strategies to support company growth and profitability.
• Providing strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the company.
• Evaluating and advising on the financial impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies, and regulatory action.
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with senior executives to identify their needs and seek a full range of business solutions.
• Managing processes for financial forecasting, budgets, and consolidation and reporting to the company.
• Providing executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.
• Managing and mitigating financial risks.
  
  

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial managerial position with a hotel.
• Proven experience in the hotel industry is required.
