Job Details

Responsible for assisting with welcoming guests to the pool as well as monitoring guest items to ensure departmental policies and procedures are upheld. Must have an outgoing / can do attitude. Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly throughout an 810-hour shift, while working in temps ranging from 40 120 degrees. Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while monitoring the pool deck ensuring guest conditions are desirable and safe. Must be able to problem solve while under pressure. Must be able to manage own time as well as others when placed in a leadership position. Must be punctual and maintain good standings with attendance within the operation. Must follow appearance policies of GNLT Standards. Must keep pool area clean of used towels and trash. Ensure proper protocols on radio. Awareness of inclement weather reactions.
