Oversee and direct actions of designated staff to ensure appropriate duties and procedures are performed. Maintain company funds and equipment in an orderly manner. Interact with guests in a manner which makes them feel comfortable and welcome. Ensure a safe and effective operation exists; monitors all work areas for potential safety hazards and initiates corrective actions; follows and enforces established cleaning schedules, storage procedures, etc. Assist in resolving customer complaints in order to maintain positive customer relations and to ensure customer satisfaction. Communicate any problems or situations detrimental to property to Food & Beverage Manager. Responsible for the security and accuracy of assigned bank and is accountable for any and all overages and shortages.
