Description:

We are seeking a professional engineer with 5+ years of experience in the public market, specializing in water, wastewater, stormwater, and related fields such as public works planning, design, and construction management. This role is based in our Reno, Nevada office, but applicants near any of our locations are encouraged to apply.

Job Summary:

The Water/Wastewater Project Manager/Project Engineer will collaborate with engineers, technical specialists, and clients to deliver innovative solutions. This position offers growth opportunities for motivated individuals eager to advance their careers and contribute to impactful projects.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
  • Support contract negotiation and execution
  • Develop project fees and estimates
  • Manage aggressive project schedules
  • Prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary experts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, BlueBeam, ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and modeling software
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Five or more years of relevant experience
  • Current PE licensure in Utah, Nevada, Oregon, Idaho, or ability to obtain within six months
