Job Details

As a Title / Mortgage Attorney, we are looking for:

• Willingness to travel statewide in Nevada as needed
• Bachelor's Degree and Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Member of the Nevada State Bar with required licensing and continuing education
• 2-8 years of litigation experience in real estate or mortgage servicing preferred
• Knowledge of foreclosure processes is a plus
• Ability to meet a 1920-hour billable requirement
• Residency in Nevada
