Job Details

As a Title Attorney / Mortgage Attorney, we are looking for:

• Must be willing to travel throughout the State of Nevada as needed.
• Bachelor's Degree with a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Member of the Nevada State Bar, with all necessary licensing and continuing legal education requirements met.
• Minimum of 2-8 years litigation experience in real estate or mortgage servicing preferred.
• Knowledge of foreclosure process and requirements is preferred but not required.
• Must be comfortable with a 1920-hour billable requirement.
• Must reside in Nevada.
