United Trades of America is a leader in providing skilled labor to the construction industry. We are seeking an Electrical Senior Project Manager with electrical experience to oversee large-scale projects.

1. Define clear and concise work statements for field operations, ensuring alignment with project goals.
2. Supervise and manage day-to-day project administration, either directly overseeing staff or multiple Project Managers.
3. Train and mentor Project Managers on company philosophy and operational systems.
4. Negotiate and oversee the preparation of all change orders related to the project.
5. Maintain comprehensive logs to monitor project progress and performance.
6. Train and supervise a Project Assistant in the management of project tracking tools.
7. Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to facilitate seamless construction activities.
8. Collaborate with onsite Foreman and Area Superintendent to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
9. Investigate and address any serious issues, implementing corrective measures as needed.
10. Represent the company in meetings with clients and subcontractors.
11. Prepare monthly cost reports and manage financial aspects of contracts, including progress billing and equipment rental.
12. Safeguard the company's interests while fostering strong client relationships.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management (preferred).
2. 5-7 years of project management experience in construction, with a focus on electrical systems.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
4. Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, etc.)
