Greet all customers cheerfully; ring sales on the register, give correct change and sales receipt and bag merchandise. Promptly and courteously answer telephones within two rings and take accurate messages when necessary. Maintain floor standards, customer service standards and use selling skills. Fold, hang, and maintain stock on/in racks, shelves, glass cases and armoires. Assist in preparing for a physical inventory and work during physical inventory. Do shift housekeeping duties to include shelves, fixtures and glass areas. Order paper supplies (wrapping, boxes, bags, and tissue and office supplies). Cash out (includes counting cash, checks, charges, comps and completing settlement cards and envelope). Write information on cashier report and return drawer to satellite cage. Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.
