We are looking for an Assistant General Manager for our RISE Dispensary to support and manage a diverse team in driving results and delivering memorable, positive consumer experiences. You will assist the General Manager in leading and managing activities related to customer experience, inventory operations, and team member development. The Assistant General Manager role puts you on a fast-track to growth and is a developmental step to General Manager. Responsibilities Operations Manage and oversee the execution of all dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local and state regulations.
