Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of survivors and building a safer, healthier community? Join Vista Rise Collective in our mission to support individuals and families impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, and child abuse — while also leading prevention education and outreach across our region.

As a Case Manager, you'll support clients in crisis and bring prevention education into schools and the broader community. You'll work both in the field and onsite, providing advocacy, facilitating education, and helping to shape a violence-free future.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide trauma-informed support, crisis intervention, and advocacy
  • Support clients in housing programs and through court and civil systems
  • Facilitate prevention trainings in schools and the community
  • Collaborate with school staff, community partners, and organizational stakeholders
  • Develop case plans and maintain strong follow-through on referrals
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records in accordance with program standards

You Are:

  • A compassionate advocate for survivors
  • Skilled in relationship-building, collaboration, and facilitation
  • Flexible, creative, and passionate about social change
