Job Details

This position is responsible for performing basic repair and maintenance, as well as construction and life-safety equipment inspection, with repairs as needed. This position also alters and inspects the building and mechanical facilities in order to support their continuous operation KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: - Inspects utilities and equipment to ensure their proper operation and the safety of the property, our guests and team members. - Performs preventative maintenance, such as trouble shooting utilities and equipment, in order to prevent malfunction to equipment on property. - Repairs building, utilities and equipment promptly to ensure their proper operation according to department standards. - Renovates, constructs or restores propertys exterior and interior when necessary to maintain the structures quality, as well as to ensure safety to guests and team members. - Orders parts in order to maintain proper inventory. - Assists in training Facilities Mechanic Is and newly hired Faciliti...Facilities, Mechanic, Mechanical, Equipment, Automotive
