The Childrens Ski and Ride School Senior Manager will lead all aspects of the Childrens and Seasonal programs operations of the Heavenly Ski and Ride School, as well as support other Skier Services departments as needed. The scope of this role is large and varied and includes responsibilities around the daily, seasonal, and yearly operational processes and strategic goals specific to Ski and Ride School products/lessons. This position requires a disciplined focus on quality control, guest relations, sales generation, staff performance development, financial responsibility, communication, teamwork, administrative duties and self-development. All of these elements contribute in a significant way to the overall quality of the guest and employee experience.
