Position Summary:

Responsible for the orderly operation of the center during evenings, weekends, and holidays as designated by the center director, in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential Duties:

• Maintain effective center control through personal observation and inspection checks of center-wide activities and facilities, and report potential or existing non-resolved problems to the center director or deputy director.
• Direct activities, evaluate performance, and recommend personnel changes to the manager, residential living.
• Inspect dormitory areas regularly, recommend facility maintenance projects, direct form patrol, and daily cleanup.
• Supervise proper administration of all paperwork and records for assigned shifts, compile status reports for area of responsibility, and forward to relieving shift.
• Assure accountability of students, staff, and visitor check-out and check-in proceedings by scheduling coverage.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent and three years experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and computer proficiency required.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
