Lead, oversee, direct, and coordinate construction field activities and performance of subcontractors and Turner Self-Perform Operations (SPO) staff. The Superintendent is responsible for ensuring safety, schedule delivery, quality of work performed and adherence to budget of the project. The Superintendent has supervisory responsibility for Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, Interns and trade labor in their area or project of responsibility. Reports to: Senior Project Superintendent, Project Manager or Project Executive Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Oversee and make decisions related to project activities in compliance with approved contract documents, scheduling, logistics, quality control, field operations, and WIP and subcontractors and Turner Self-Perform Operations (SPO) staffing levels, provide technical and jobsite planning guidance.
