As a Warehouse & Procurement Associate, you'll be responsible for keeping our warehouse running efficiently and supporting purchasing to ensure materials arrive on time. This dual role gives you the chance to make a measurable impact across the company.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage daily warehouse operations: receiving, organizing, staging, and issuing materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and tracking systems.
- Assist with procurement: placing orders, tracking deliveries, and coordinating with vendors.
- Work with project managers and field teams to ensure materials are ready when and where they're needed.
- Maintain a clean, efficient, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate forklifts and other equipment safely (training provided if needed).
- Look for opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and add value.
What We're Looking For
- A self-starter with motivation to build a career, not just punch a clock.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or purchasing is helpful, but we'll train the right person.
- Comfortable communicating with vendors and internal teams.
- Tech-friendly (inventory systems, spreadsheets, email).
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet.
