Director Of Product Management

Remote position for Director Of Product Management, XR Solutions. The Director will drive the Lenovo XR Business Unit's technical product roadmap and long-term strategy. This leadership role will oversee the product management strategy for our end-to-end One Lenovo XR Solutions. The Director will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to build impactful and scalable product management strategies, ensuring successful execution and measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities include defining and owning the XR technical product strategy and long-term roadmap, leading the creation and maintenance of detailed product roadmaps, and working closely with internal teams and external partners to drive collaboration and deliver high-impact XR solutions. The Director will also manage relationships with strategic technology and business partners, own and track KPIs, drive voice-of-customer initiatives, and take ownership of the business metrics tied to product success.

Basic qualifications include 15+ years of relevant work experience with at least 5+ years of people management experience, expertise in product lifecycle management, and experience in managing and driving value from strategic long-term relationships with external partners. Preferred qualifications include an MBA, ability to translate complex technical solutions into business-driven outcomes, and experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

The base salary budgeted range for this position is $200,000 - $240,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
