Our client, an Industrial Distributor and manufacturer, is seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Programmer / Shop Manager to oversee daily operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role requires a strong background in CNC programming, shop management, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, technically proficient, and capable of leading a team while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Program CNC machines (Miyano BNC34, Fadal, Haas) and interpret blueprints/GD&TManage shop operations, including job estimation, production scheduling, and workflow coordinationSupervise and train machinists, fostering a collaborative and productive team environmentGenerate accurate quotes and estimates based on customer requirementsMaintain quality assurance and implement cost control measuresOperate and maintain 3D printers (Creality, Phrozen, Sonic Mega)Utilize software tools such as Fusion 360, Mastercam, Surf Cam, and PredatorQualifications:Proven experience in CNC programming and shop managementProficiency in Fusion 360, Mastercam, Surf Cam, and Predator softwareStrong understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T interpretationExperience with 3D printing technologies preferredExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesEngineering background or technical training is a plusMarathon Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates with E-Verify.INDC
