Customer Support Representative- Remote

$17/hr. + Quarterly Bonuses (Average $700) Must Live in UT, NV, AZ, NM, ID, or WY

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year in a call center setting.
• Proficient in phone communication and verbal skills, with a keen ability to actively listen.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and their practices.
• Customer-centric approach with adaptability to various personality types.
• Strong multitasking abilities, adept at setting priorities and managing time effectively.

What You'll Do:

• You will handle customer inquiries via inbound calls.
• You'll provide an amazing service to all customers with clear and accurate information.
• You will research unique inquiries to provide a resolution or escalate if needed.
• You'll be responsible for following up with all customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms.
• You will use internal resources to solve inquiries and keep customer notes in the company database.
