Major Job Responsibilities: Quality control inspection including material movement transactions, in-process and final inspection. Data Entry of individual inspection results in Quality database. Assists with failure analysis and reports. Attends and participates in daily team meetings. May assist in shadow training for non-exempt associates.
Related Business and Technical Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Ability to use simple hand tools related to measurement and inspection. Basic working ability with software applications including MS Word and Excel, PDF and Outlook. Ability to maintain accurate, detailed logs. Ability to multi-task. Ability to work in a dynamic, diverse and team-oriented work environment. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Job Complexity: Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature. Ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice.
Supervision Required: Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions on new assignments.
Education & Experience: Typically requires 1-2 years of related experience, High School diploma or GED equivalent, associate's degree in relevant field is desirable.
Physical Requirements: Reaching - occasional, Standing - occasional to continuous, Sitting - occasional, Manual dexterity - continuous.

Hourly Pay Range: $20 - $23
