Field Supervisor – Plumbing

As our Plumbing Field Supervisor, you will lead a small, close-knit team where your leadership matters, and have a clear path to expand into higher management—potentially up to COO—for the right person.

You will:

• Supervise and manage a field team of 5 service plumbers, 3 HVAC technicians, and 1 electrician (and growing!).
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications, safety requirements, and company standards.
• Identify and address safety hazards promptly, promoting a safe jobsite environment.
• Review and provide input on employee time-off requests; coordinate approvals with COO.
• Actively participate in performance evaluation processes and support team development.
• Perform hands-on plumbing work for residential and commercial customers as needed to serve as back up or when customer escalations require it, including:
• Diagnose Plumbing Issues
• Repair Plumbing Systems
• Install Plumbing Systems
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of residential plumbing
• Support customer service with site visits to convert leads to customers,
• Serve as a point of escalation for technical questions or project challenges in the field.
• Support scheduling, project coordination, and workflow efficiency alongside leadership team.

Field Supervisor – Plumbing – Required Qualifications, Experience & Fit

You have:

• Prior experience as a residential Service Plumber with technical plumbing experience
• Hands on mentality - You like to work in the field and with your hands, performing plumbing services in addition to supporting the team
• Prior experience working as a supervisor or a lead role supporting others
• Valid Driver's License / ability to drive a company vehicle to job sites
• Customer service focus – you maintain a level head when customer escalations happen
• Knowledge of plumbing codes

You might have:

• Journeyman or Master Plumber license
• Experience in multi-trade environments (HVAC, electrical exposure)

You will be provided with a company vehicle to drive to and from the office (home dispatch) as well as to visit job sites and the team, throughout the Sacramento area.

Your salary will be $80,000 to $90,000 plus additional bonus incentive pay ($110,000 to $150,000 + total compensation estimated).
