Overview

As a Client Engagement Specialist, you'll onboard existing clients into our business banking program by guiding them through the account setup process with clear, professional communication. You'll connect with existing clients to provide clear instructions, answer basic questions, and ensure a smooth handoff to our banking affiliates.

This position will be onsite at our Reno, NV office.

You will

  • Welcome and onboard existing clients into our business banking program
  • Guide clients through opening business bank accounts with clear, supportive communication
  • Communicate professionally via phone and email
  • Perform high-volume outreach to current clients in a professional, non-call center environment.
  • Accurately document client interactions
  • Meet performance goals and grow your sales skills

You have

  • 1+ year in a customer-facing role such as:
    • Bartender, barista, server
    • Retail sales associate
    • Hospitality or front desk staff
    • Customer service representative
  • Strong phone communication skills
  • Positive attitude and professional presence
  • Motivated to learn and grow in a sales-oriented environment
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent - required

Actual compensation will depend on several factors but the annual average compensation is around $60,000. Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors, including but not limited to: geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs.
