Role Overview

The Entry-Level Ghostwriter will support the content team by producing clear, accurate, and well-researched written material on behalf of clients. This role involves creating original content in various formats, ensuring alignment with client voice, tone, and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and proofread original content across articles, blogs, reports, and other professional formats.
• Conduct background research to ensure factual accuracy and relevance.
• Adapt writing style and tone to match client voice and requirements.
• Collaborate with editors and senior writers to refine drafts.
• Meet assigned deadlines and maintain consistent quality standards.
• Maintain confidentiality in handling client work and materials.

Qualifications

• 02 years of professional writing, copyediting, or content creation experience (internships count).
• Must-have: strong AP-style copy editing skills.
• Must-have: proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Must-have: basic research and fact-checking skills.
• Must-have: strong attention to detail and ability to follow client guidelines.
• Must-have: adaptability in writing across multiple topics and industries.

Compensation

$50,000 $60,000 USD per year, plus benefits.

This salary range applies to all U.S.-based applicants; adjustments may be made based on experience and local pay-transparency laws. Detailed compensation packages will be discussed during the interview process.
