Location: Stateline, NV/ South Lake Tahoe JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for minor plumbing repairs, repairs made to small appliances, and regular maintenance to building systems. Maintains the buildings appearance; may also move office furniture and/or casino games and may change signage and posters throughout property and at off-property locations. KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: Performs minor maintenance, such as changing light bulbs and replacement of air filters. Performs routine checks of utility systems to ensure their proper operation. Assists Facilities mechanic II and/or III on repairs and maintenance duties. Installs posters, banners and other promotional props. Climbs ladders or uses other equipment to change indoor and outdoor signage. Relocates and arranges gaming tables, exhibits and props.
