What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sell Homeowners Association (HOA) products and services while generating deposit, loan, and payment relationships
- Develop and maintain influential relationships to create sales and referral opportunities
- Conduct regular visits to strengthen existing relationships and troubleshoot service issues
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services to meet customer needs
- Collaborate with internal business partners to set up new customers and process necessary paperwork
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Financial Services, including Community Association Banking, OR
- High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Financial Services, including Community Association Banking
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales and marketing within the banking sector
- Familiarity with HOA products and services
- Strong relationship management skills
- Proven ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
