As a PM Server Assistant, you'll support our service team by ensuring smooth, timely, and attentive dining experiences for all evening guests.
This part-time position is perfect for someone passionate about hospitality, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working as part of a team in a refined yet relaxed dining setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist servers in delivering food, clearing plates, and maintaining clean and organized tables.
* Refill water, bread, and other table-side needs during service.
* Support with table resetting, silverware polishing, and maintaining side stations.
* Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure timely service.
* Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and follow sanitation standards.
* Anticipate guest needs and assist with any special requests or accommodations.
* Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
* A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to lift, carry, and transport food service items (up to 40 lbs).
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Prior restaurant or hotel experience preferred but not required.
* Must be available to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
