Job Details

Location: Hybrid in the NL is Preferred. Two days/week on-site in Amsterdam.

What youll do

• Together with a few other chefs, youll help our clients to build and productionize products. As an autonomous stream-aligned team, you might deal with a wide spectrum of Data, Cloud Infrastructure and DevOps-related problems.
• Your default will be delivering a timely and tangible output. Simple, interpretable, impactful, and straightforward workflows are your main weapons. That however doesnt hinder you from using complex tools when the situation demands it.
• Youll help with interviewing and selecting future chefs. Well train you on how to conduct effective, chef-style interviews!
• Actively share knowledge with your team and learn from their expertise in return.
• Youll have a secondary focus area (select one), based on your passion and career plans:
• ?Content developer: if you enjoy writing and sharing what we learned.
• Baby-Chef developer: if you like to be a mentor at our BootCamps Home for future chefs!

What youll bring

• Relevant technical expertise that aligns with DataChef:
• Roles: Data, Cloud and AI engineering
• At least 5+ years of relevant industry experience
• Motivated by client problems, and find joy in creating simple, elegant solutions that avoid unnecessary complexity.
• Moving off any solution before asking questions, listening actively, exploring the context, and simply building trust with clients.
• Passion for simplifying and clearly explaining complex topics in person and in writing.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to haves

• Proficiency in Dutch language (both spoken and written)
