Maintain uniform appearance according to established guidelines. Adhere to policies and procedures. Know locations of all Golden Nugget outlets and services available to the guests. Responsible for all breakdown, feed, catch and proper sorting of all china, silverware and glassware as it is brought to the Dish Room. Responsible for washing pots and pans and properly sorting and storing them on the pot shelves. Responsible for washing baseboards, floor drains, hand sinks, tables and cutting boards. Responsible for cleaning all walls, ceilings, light fixtures, which may require the use of stepladder, and also reporting repairs as needed. Responsible for sweeping, mopping and waxing all floors. Responsible for hauling trash from the kitchen areas to the Trash Room. Responsible for polishing silver, glass and brass in all outlets as needed. Responsible for cleaning and maintaining dish machines in all outlets.
