The Strategic Business Analyst provides outcome-focused thinking to frame executable work to reach business and organizational goals. The Strategic Business Analyst works with members of the Executive Team, Enterprise Project Management Office, business owners, and partner organizations to ensure strategic plan alignment, and selection of the right solutions to address business gaps. This position s primary responsibility is to intake and vet project requests, as well as to help ensure collaboration across Departments, Divisions, and Service Lines to execute on the organization s Strategic Plan. Nature and Scope This role drives project development within the strategic planning cycle, refining the what and why of project definition. The Strategic Business Analyst understands business context and challenges, analyzes and communicates project elements across the matrixed organization, and can elicit and articulate the required outcomes of strategic plans and projects.
