Global Solution Architect Remote

Were looking for an experienced outcome focused Global Solution Architect with a strong sense of ownership and accountability who wants to deliver business value for our customers. The ideal candidate will have led cloud and data initiatives within large corporate environments and will align with senior customer stakeholders to uncover opportunities to drive value in the customer environment through automation and predictive resilience.

As a member of Broadcom Softwares Agile Operations division, you will be part of the strategic Automation sales specialist team focused on new business and cross-sell activities within the largest global accounts.

Responsibilities

• Represent Broadcom as the technical expert, trusted advisor and solution evangelist to our largest global prospects and customers.
• Support the sales team with sales strategy, opportunity qualification and deal execution.
• Partner with the sales team to be the senior technical contact for the customer throughout the sales cycle and engage, influence and consult C-level executives.
• Conduct in-depth discovery to understand the customers current environment, uncover technical latent and known pain, and align pain to business objectives.
• Architect and deliver high-level technical vision, creating a journey from current state to a positive future state.
• Coordinate and manage demonstrations, POVs and technical wins with the assigned territory or partner team.
• Understand wider technical and market trends and build thought leadership to promote the value stream.
• Deliver thought leadership presentations at Broadcom and industry events.
• Act as a Feature Sponsor on new features to ensure they meet emerging market needs.
• Participate in PI discussions, providing structured feedback on feature gaps and customer needs.
• Provide field-experience insights to align product messaging with real-world customer situations.
• Support creation of marketing content with expert insights.
• Provide enablement and knowledge transfer to raise technical standards.
• Provide coaching, mentorship and enablement to the territory team across product, sales acumen, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years in the IT industry with at least 15 years in your specific domain within corporate enterprise IT (not just as a vendor in sales or services).
• Customer-focused attitude with strong relationship-building skills.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Effective at articulating and presenting to both technical and executive-level stakeholders.
• Desire to understand and evangelize Broadcoms differentiators.
• Highly motivated, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Commitment to continual personal development and excellent customer service and follow-up.
• Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment and navigate multiple internal groups.
• Understanding of Broadcom and competitor solutions within your domain.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $128,300 - $205,200. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and equity in accordance with plan documents.
