Job Details

The Soft/ Hard Count clerk assists the team with the early morning drop of the slot machine. Upon completion the remainder of the day is spent counting, sorting, strapping, bundling, and recording the various counts. You will handle large volumes of cash using currency counters and computer work stations to assist you in these tasks. The Job is team oriented highly regulated and under constant observation. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Handle large volumes of cash. Cash must be counted, sorted, bundled, and recorded. Clean work areas as designated by management. Count and balance all monies. Identify counterfeit bills. Individually wrap all denominations of monies after initial count. Compare all totals of monies. Accurately use computers to enter access or retrieve data. Maintain money-room security according to rules. Sign and date all paperwork as required.
