To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Stand for 60 minutes at a time on a carpeted floor, hardwood floor, or footstool. Reach across a table that is waist high to give and take the players cards and wagers. Must be able to effectively communicate with excellent interpersonal skills. Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms. Must be able to deal games productively and accurately. Thorough knowledge of as many Table Games as possible. Basic mathematical skills required. Identify different denominations of gaming chips and currency and to count and stack chips and currency. Print and write legibly. Maintain confidentiality.
