Hourly rate ranges from $17.00 to $17.25 and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services and supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store. Responsibilities include maximizing sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory in accordance with company policies.
This position works up to 38 hours per week. The minimum age requirement is 18. The physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours. Prior retail or management experience is required.
