Keva Juice is looking for a store manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
Run the day-to-day operations of Keva Juice in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Train and coach staff, provide customer service, and act as a quality control to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company policy.
Support inventory management and ordering; manage labor, including sending employees home when business is slow.
Lead and direct team members through daily routines; interact with customers to ensure a satisfactory experience.
Ensure proper workflow and that daily, weekly, and monthly operational tasks are completed.
Write and publish weekly schedules; ensure store opens and closes on time with sufficient staff.
Handle store-wide responsibilities including inventory management and related tasks.
Promote the Keva brand through various marketing initiatives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
