A Typical Day in This Role Includes:

• Engaging and recruiting Tax Associate candidates from application through their start date.
• Executing targeted outreach campaigns to attract new and experienced tax professionals.
• Coordinating and assisting with interviews for client-facing roles such as Receptionists and Associate Team Leaders.
• Supporting tax office associates in meeting continuing education requirements and enhancing their certification levels.
• Planning virtual or in-person open house events for tax offices.
• Assisting with Ready to Serve activities to ensure optimal client service.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Previous experience in retail supervision or a similar field.
• Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• The ability to lead and influence others effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a quick learner of new applications.
• A passion for developing talent along the H&R Block career path.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or a high school diploma with equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 2 years in multi-unit retail or store management.
• Experience as an office manager is a plus.
