The Operations Manager is responsible for all branch functions (recruiting, onboarding, orientations). This role oversees payroll and reporting activities to ensure branch profitability. The Operations Manager is actively filling orders and delivering on the company's value proposition in addition to leading, coaching, and developing a team of Branch employees. Your Role & Responsibilities: - Manages day-to-day activities of the branch by overseeing and effectively holding all branch functions to EB standards.
