Role Summary:

We're seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our team and positively impact our clients' lives. At Comprehensive Home Health Solutions, you'll play a vital role in enhancing individuals' independence and well-being in the comfort of their homes.

Requirements and Skills:

At least 2 years of professional caregiving experience

Cleared through NABs in the past 6 months

High school diploma or equivalent

Compassionate and patient demeanor with strong communication skills

Reliable, punctual, and responsible

Ability to follow instructions and work independently and as part of a team

Physical capability to assist with lifting, bending, and personal care tasks

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required for client transportation)

Responsibilities:

Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed

Provide companionship and emotional support

Light housekeeping duties

Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Provide personalized care based on individual care plans

Support physical well-being through mobility assistance and exercises

Accompany clients to appointments and outings as required

Document care provided and report any changes in clients' condition to the supervisor

Collaborate with the care team to ensure holistic care for each client
